Title: Food Industry waste Management through Bioconversion to energy


As waste generated from different types of food stuffs, categorization is an important step in finding the optimum waste management. This categorization should include all the categories necessary to link various types of wasted food to treatment procedures in such a manner that their social and economic advantages are maximized while their ecological impact is minimized. Different researches typically employ their own categorizations. This paper severe dangers to our society such as pollution, health risks and a lack of dumping land. It is critical to take immediate action to lessen the burden of food waste by using best management. This chapter deals with an overall current situation on food waste, their generation and the various techniques for reduction and the basic energy production methods for their conversion.
